Terms of use

Zeniscan is a product of Creative Spark Solutions. These terms govern your access to and use of Zeniscan's website, free scans, and paid subscription plans (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Zeniscan runs automated accessibility scans of websites you submit and generates reports summarizing issues found. Zeniscan is an automated scan, not a legal opinion. It does not guarantee ADA or Equality Act compliance, or immunity from litigation. For confirmed legal risk, consult an accessibility-focused attorney.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a scan.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only submit websites you own or have authorization to scan. Zeniscan may suspend or terminate accounts used to scan sites without authorization, or to abuse, overload, or probe the Service outside normal use.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, via PayPal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel anytime by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewal — you keep full access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. There are no prorated refunds for early cancellation.
• Zeniscan does not currently offer a self-service billing portal; plan changes and cancellations are handled by support.

Zeniscan, its branding, and the Service's software, design, and report formats are owned by Creative Spark Solutions. Scan reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the Service as your own.

The Service is provided "as is." Zeniscan does not warrant that scans are complete, error-free, or that they identify every accessibility issue present on a scanned site. Automated scanning has inherent limitations and cannot replace a manual accessibility audit or legal review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Spark Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to legal claims, regulatory action, or business decisions made based on a scan or report. Zeniscan's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Zeniscan may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
